1. Overview
At 24siteshop, most digital product sales are final (see our general Refund Policy). However, in some cases, a product may be removed or disabled due to a valid intellectual property complaint (copyright, trademark, or DMCA).
This policy explains how we handle refunds, store credits, and replacements when such removals occur.
2. When this policy applies
This policy applies when:
- A purchased product is removed from sale on our site following a valid IP complaint.
- Download access is disabled for customers because of the removal.
- A product page is permanently taken down by us or by hosting provider requirements.
It does not apply when:
- A product is still downloadable/usable by the customer despite being delisted.
- The complaint relates to trademarks used only in product descriptions or compatibility notes (in those cases the page may simply be renamed/edited, not removed).
3. Remedies available
If your purchase is affected by an IP removal, we will offer one of the following remedies:
- Full Refund — credited to your original payment method.
- Store Credit — equal to the purchase price, valid for 12 months.
- Replacement Product — a comparable GPL product or package, with installation instructions if relevant.
The remedy offered may depend on product type, availability of alternatives, and the nature of the complaint.
4. Timelines
- Notification: We will notify affected customers by email within 48 hours of removing a product.
- Remedy selection: Customers have 7 days to reply and choose their preferred remedy (refund, credit, replacement).
- Processing: Refunds/credits/replacements are processed within 7–14 business days of confirmation.
5. How to request
To request a refund or alternative remedy:
- Reply to the removal notification email, or
- Email us at contact@24siteshop.com with subject: IP-Removal Refund — Order #[Your Order ID].
Include your order ID, product name, and your chosen remedy.
6. Limitations
- If you already downloaded and continue to have working access to the product, refunds are not automatically guaranteed (unless access is disabled for all customers).
- Once a refund, credit, or replacement has been issued for an order, no further remedy will be offered for that same order.
- We do not provide additional compensation beyond the purchase price.
7. Recordkeeping & Proof
- We keep an internal abuse log recording the date, complainant, URL, and action taken.
- On request, we can provide proof of removal (screenshots/timestamps) to affected customers.
8. Customer responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up purchased GPL files after purchase.
- We recommend maintaining a copy of your files, as access may be disabled if a product is removed due to a complaint.
