Outdated plugins are how sites get hacked
Most WordPress hacks are not clever attacks. They are automated bots scanning for known holes in plugins that were never updated. A cleanup after the fact costs far more than a year of maintenance, and the rankings you lose while the site is flagged take months to rebuild.

Updates can break a site as easily as fix it
Clicking “update all” without checking is how a working site turns into a blank white page. We apply updates in a controlled way, check the site afterwards, and roll back immediately if anything looks wrong.

- Cleanup if anything is found If the site is ever compromised, we clean it and restore from a clean backup. No extra charge, no arguing about whose fault it was.
Updates
Applied carefully, not blindly.
- WordPress core updates Kept on a current, supported version so security fixes actually reach your site.
- Plugin & theme updates Applied in batches, with the site checked afterwards. If an update breaks something, we roll it back the same day.
- PHP version management Moved to newer PHP versions when it is safe to do so — faster pages, and no unsupported software sitting on your server.
- Compatibility checks Forms, buttons, sliders and checkout flows tested after each update round, not just the homepage.
Backups
So a bad day stays a bad hour.
- Daily automated backup Full site — files and database — backed up every single day, stored off your hosting so a server failure cannot take both.
- 30 days of restore points If something broke three weeks ago and nobody noticed, you can still go back to before it happened.
- Restore on request Message us and we put the site back to any saved point. Usually done within the hour.
- Pre-update snapshot An extra backup taken immediately before any major update, so there is always a clean point to return to.

Before You Sign Up
Do you maintain websites you didn’t build?
Yes. Any WordPress website, whoever built it. We start with a full health check — security scan, plugin audit, backup setup — and tell you honestly if we find anything serious before you commit to the year.
What if my site gets hacked?
We clean it and restore from a clean backup, at no extra cost. That is the whole point of the plan. A cleanup bought separately typically runs ₹10,000 to ₹15,000, plus whatever your rankings lose while the site is flagged in search results.
How quickly do you respond?
For anything that takes the site down, within a few hours — message us on WhatsApp and we start straight away. For smaller things like a text change or a broken link, usually the same working day.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. There is no lock-in and no notice period. The plan simply runs out at the end of the year you paid for, and you decide whether to renew.
Where are the backups stored?
Off your hosting account, so a server failure cannot take your site and your backups together. You get 30 days of restore points, and we can hand over a copy of your backup any time you ask.
Does this include hosting and domain?
No, those are billed separately by your hosting provider and registrar. This plan covers looking after the website itself. If you would like us to handle hosting as well, we can quote that alongside.
How do I pay?
One payment for the year, ₹2,950 including GST. UPI, bank transfer or card. You get a proper GST invoice from 24Siteshop Private Limited, so it goes through your books cleanly.
What actually happens after I sign up?
We take a full backup, run a security scan, audit your plugins and fix anything already broken. Then the routine starts: daily backups, weekly scans, updates applied and checked. You hear from us when something needs your attention — not every week for the sake of it.
