Welcome to 24siteshop! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, 24siteshop.com, and the services we provide. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” means 24siteshop, owned and operated by Jogen Rabha.

2. Website Development Services
2.1 Scope of Services. 24siteshop offers website development and related services as set out in project proposals or contracts. All services are subject to the terms of any written agreement between you and 24siteshop.
2.2 Client Responsibilities. Clients must provide accurate content, images, logins, approvals and any other materials necessary for project delivery in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines or additional fees.
2.3 Templates & Deliverables. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, templates created for sale are generic products retained by 24siteshop. Custom work created under a separate written contract will be governed by that contract; ownership and licensing of custom deliverables will be specified in that agreement.
3. Affiliate Marketing
3.1 Affiliate Partners. We may promote third-party hosting and software via affiliate partnerships. Any transaction with an affiliate partner is subject to that partner’s terms, and we are not responsible for the affiliate partner’s policies, performance, or data handling.
4. Template Sales
4.1 Template Purchases. Templates sold on 24siteshop are generic and do not contain client-specific proprietary information unless explicitly stated.
4.2 Ownership. 24siteshop retains ownership of template design and elements unless a written agreement transfers rights to a client.
5. Embedded YouTube Videos
5.1 Educational Content. We embed videos from our YouTube channel for educational purposes. Interaction with embedded videos may be subject to Google/YouTube data collection and policies.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data strictly to deliver services, process orders, and communicate with customers. We do not sell personal data. For full details see our Privacy Policy (link).
7. Digital Products, GPL & Trademark Statement
7.1 GPL Redistribution. Certain WordPress plugins or themes we distribute are provided as GPL-licensed redistributions. Under the GNU General Public License (GPL), code may be copied, redistributed, and modified. Our product packages include GPL-licensed code only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7.2 Trademarks & Branding. Trademarks, logos and brand names used on product pages remain the property of their respective owners. Use of a brand name on our site is for compatibility or identification only and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by the trademark owner.

Our response: We aim to acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and will investigate promptly. For valid notices we typically remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 3 business days and notify the complainant of action taken.
Important: If you are a rights-holder, include “LEGAL / DMCA” in the email subject and provide clear evidence and URLs for faster handling.
9. Counter-Notice Procedure
If your content was removed and you believe this was an error, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@24siteshop.com. Include:
- Identification of the material removed and the URL where it appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
- Your signature (electronic is acceptable).
We will review counter-notices and may restore content if lawful. We may also forward the counter-notice to the original complainant and follow applicable hosting-provider procedures.
10. Abuse Handling & Hosting Notices
If we receive abuse notifications (from hosts, rights-holders, or third parties) we will:
- Acknowledge within 48 hours.
- Investigate the complaint and document the process.
- Take appropriate action (remove/disable content) where warranted and lawful.
- Provide evidence of action to complainants on request.

11. Refunds & Removed Products
Digital products and GPL redistributions are downloadable and therefore generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise at checkout or where consumer protection law requires. If a product is removed due to a valid intellectual property complaint after purchase, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Affected customers will be notified and we will handle requests fairly.
12. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
12.1 Disclaimer. While we strive for accuracy, 24siteshop makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of website content or product compatibility. All services and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 24siteshop and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold 24siteshop, its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Termination
