Ensure that provided content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights or laws.

Delays caused by the client may result in extended timelines and additional charges where applicable.

4. Project Delivery and Revisions
   Delivery timelines are estimates based on project scope and client cooperation. Reasonable revisions may be included as per proposal terms. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees.
5. Payments and Fees
   All services require payment as agreed in the proposal or invoice. Projects may require advance or milestone payments. Work may be paused or delayed if payments are overdue. All fees paid are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Refund Policy
   Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, payments made for services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refund eligibility, if any, will be governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy published on our website or as stated in the project agreement.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
   Client Materials: Content, logos, images, and data provided by the client remain the property of the client.

Company Materials: Design concepts, code, graphics, templates, processes, and other materials created by the Company remain our intellectual property unless ownership is transferred through a written agreement.

Final Deliverables: Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights of agreed deliverables may be transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement.

8. Third-Party Services
   Projects may involve third-party tools, plugins, hosting providers, payment gateways, or software. We are not responsible for third-party policies, service interruptions, pricing changes, or performance issues related to such services.
9. Confidentiality
   Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project unless disclosure is required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

    All services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive to ensure accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, traffic results, or financial performance.
12. Indemnification
