Refund and Cancellation Policy

At 24SITESHOP PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we aim to provide professional and high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, refunds are governed by the following policy. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

  1. Refund Policy for Services (Website Development and Digital Marketing)

Advance payments made for services are intended to reserve resources, project planning, and initial work allocation.

Refund requests submitted within 2 hours of making the advance payment may be considered eligible for a full refund, provided no work has commenced.

Once project work has started, no refunds will be provided because resources, time, and effort have already been allocated to the project.

If a refund is approved under eligible circumstances, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the payment provider.

  1. Project Cancellation by Client

If a client decides to cancel a project after work has begun:

Payments made up to the cancellation date are non-refundable.
Any completed work or deliverables up to that point may be provided at our discretion.
Additional charges may apply if the project has reached advanced stages or significant resources have been utilized.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

Change of mind after project initiation
Delays caused by the client such as failure to provide content, approvals, or feedback
Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences when services were delivered as agreed
Third-party service issues including hosting, domain registration, plugins, or software purchased externally
Project abandonment or lack of communication from the client

  1. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs including domain registration, hosting services, paid plugins, software licenses, advertising budgets, or external subscriptions are strictly non-refundable once purchased or activated.

  1. Service Delivery Commitment

We strive to deliver services according to agreed specifications and timelines. If delays occur due to our internal reasons, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and continue project completion.

  1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first to resolve the issue may result in suspension of services and legal recovery actions where applicable. Clients are encouraged to communicate concerns directly for resolution.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside the standard policy may be considered only in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of the Company management.
