At 24siteshop, we strive to deliver high-quality services and digital products. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.


1. Refund Policy for Services (Website Development & Digital Marketing)

  • If you request a refund within 2 hours of making the advance payment, your refund will be approved.

  • If we have already started working on your project, no refund will be provided as we have allocated resources and work has been done.

  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the same payment method within 3 business days.


2. Refund Policy for Digital Products (Themes, Plugins, Software)

  • All sales for digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, once you have downloaded a product, no refund will be provided under normal circumstances.

  • All plugins and themes sold here are distributed as GPL versions; we are not the original developers. We deliver GPL-licensed redistributions only. Because we do not provide official developer support, no support-based refunds are available for such items.

  • Lifetime Membership Plan: Lifetime access products (membership plans that grant broad access) are non-refundable, since they provide ongoing access to multiple items and resources.


3. IP-Removal (Copyright / Trademark / DMCA) — Special Refunds & Remedies

Although digital sales are final under normal circumstances, we recognize that sometimes a product may be removed from sale due to a valid intellectual-property (copyright/trademark/DMCA) complaint. In those situations we will treat affected purchases fairly and transparently:

3.1 Notification & Timing

  • If a purchased product is removed or access is disabled because of a valid IP complaint, we will notify all affected customers by email within 48 hours of the removal.

  • We will acknowledge receipts of legal/host notices within 48 hours and aim to resolve or document action within 3 business days.

3.2 Remedies We Offer (Case-by-Case)
For affected purchases we will offer one of the following remedies (we will specify the available option(s) in the notification to you):

  • Full refund to the original payment method; or

  • Store credit equal to the purchase price (valid for 12 months); or

  • Replacement product of equivalent value (an alternative GPL product compatible with the original purchase) plus migration instructions where applicable.

3.3 Timeframe for Processing

  • After you select a remedy, refunds or store credit will be processed within 7–14 business days. Replacement-product delivery will be completed as quickly as possible (usually within 7 business days).

3.4 How to Request / Respond

  • If we notify you that a purchased product was removed, reply to that notification email with your chosen remedy (refund / store credit / replacement) within 7 days.

  • If you did not receive a notification but believe a product you purchased has been removed, contact contact@24siteshop.com with your order number and we will respond within 48 hours.

3.5 Eligibility & Limitations

  • If you have already downloaded and continue to have usable access to the product (i.e., your download link remains active and the file is intact), a removal notice for the listing does not automatically guarantee a refund. Remedies apply primarily when access is disabled or the product is removed for all customers.

  • If a purchaser can demonstrate they provided original content included in the purchase that was removed due to a third-party claim, we will review the evidence and may offer a separate remedy.

  • Once we have processed a refund or offered a remedy for a given order, further claims for additional compensation for the same order will not be accepted.

3.6 Recordkeeping & Evidence

  • We maintain an internal abuse log (date, complainant, URL, action taken). If a host or rights-holder requests proof of our action, we will provide timestamps and screenshots where appropriate.


4. How to Request a Refund (General)

  • For services: contact us within 2 hours for advance refunds; otherwise use your project contract terms.

  • For digital products removed due to IP claims: reply to our removal notification or email contact@24siteshop.com with subject line IP-Removal Refund — Order #[your order number]. Include your preferred remedy and any supporting information.


5. Miscellaneous

  • Consumer Protection Laws: Where applicable local consumer laws provide broader rights, those will apply in addition to this policy.

  • Disputes: If you disagree with our decision on refunds for IP-removal, contact us first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled per the Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

  • No Double Remedies: We will not issue multiple remedies for the same order once one remedy has been provided.
