- Templates developed specifically for a client under a custom contract are governed by that contract; clients do not automatically relinquish rights to unique custom work unless contractually specified.
5. GPL Licensing Statement
Many WordPress plugins/themes we redistribute are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). Under GPL the source code may be copied, redistributed, and modified. Our product packages include only GPL-licensed code unless explicitly stated otherwise. Trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are not licensed by us. 8. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@24siteshop.com including:

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
- Your signature (electronic acceptable).
We will review counter-notices and may restore material when lawful. We may also forward the counter-notice to the original complainant.
9. How We Handle Abuse Notices (General)
Upon receiving an abuse, copyright, or trademark complaint (including notices from hosts), we will:
- Acknowledge within 48 hours.
- Investigate and document the complaint.
- Remove or disable access to material if appropriate and lawful.
- Provide complainants with confirmation of action and, if requested, evidence of removal.
For expedited handling include “LEGAL / DMCA” in the subject of your email and provide full evidence.
10. Refunds & Removed Products
Digital GPL products are downloadable and non-tangible. Refund eligibility is stated per product at checkout. If a product is removed due to a valid IP complaint after purchase, refunds will be considered case-by-case; affected customers will be notified and handled fairly.
11. Privacy / Service Notes (YouTube & Development)
- Embedded YouTube Videos: We embed our own YouTube content. YouTube may collect viewing data; check Google/YouTube privacy policies.
