1. Our approach

24siteshop respects intellectual property rights and complies with applicable laws. When we receive a valid notice of alleged infringement, we will act promptly to investigate and, when appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We document all actions taken and keep an internal abuse log for transparency and evidence.

2. How to submit a DMCA takedown notice

To report alleged copyright infringement, send a written DMCA takedown notice to contact@24siteshop.com with the subject LEGAL / DMCA and include all of the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (title, registration number if available, or a short description).
  2. Identification of the infringing material on our website — provide exact URL(s) where the material appears on 24siteshop (for example: https://24siteshop.com/product/example-product/).
  3. Your contact information: full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature (typed name is acceptable for electronic notices).

Optional but helpful: include evidence that you own the copyright (registration or link to original work) and any prior correspondence with the site owner (if applicable).

3. What we will do

  • We aim to acknowledge receipt of valid legal notices within 48 hours.
  • We will investigate the claim promptly. If the notice appears valid, we will remove or disable access to the specific material and notify the complainant that action was taken. We generally take action within 3 business days for valid notices, but complex cases may take longer.
  • We will record the complaint and remedy in our internal abuse log (date, complainant, URLs, action taken). We can provide proof of action to hosts, rights-holders, or other legitimate requestors on request.

4. Counter-Notice (if you believe the removal was a mistake)

If your content was removed and you believe this was an error, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@24siteshop.com with the subject LEGAL / DMCA — COUNTERNOTICE. Your counter-notice should include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared prior to removal.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your full contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate national or regional court (for example, the courts of India) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature (typed name acceptable).

What happens after a counter-notice: if we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. In many cases, and in accordance with hosting-provider procedures, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking a permanent injunction.

5. Important notes & safeguards

  • False claims: Submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may expose the sender to legal liability, including penalties for perjury where applicable. Provide accurate, truthful information.
  • Evidence: Including clear URLs and evidence of ownership speeds up processing. Incomplete notices may be delayed or returned for clarification.
  • Third-party content: If you are not the copyright owner but represent the owner, provide documentation that you are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • No legal advice: This page provides our policies and procedures and is not a substitute for legal advice. If you are unsure how to proceed, consult a qualified attorney.

6. Additional contact & escalation

If you need expedited handling (for example, notices from a hosting provider), please include LEGAL / DMCA — EXPEDITE in the subject and attach the host/provider notice. We will prioritize such messages.

For general inquiries about intellectual property, email contact@24siteshop.com or call +91 9394847289.
